FAQ 1: How to reset my password?

-          Click on the link “Lost password”, that is located in the Login section (left middle of the site)

-          Type username (userID) and the email id (email id should be same as the one, that you have used during the registration time)

-          Click on ‘Send password’ button

-          Wait for few seconds and check your email ID. You will get a temporary password

 FAQ 2: How to change the temporary password? 

-          You can request temporary password from FAQ 1

-          Login using the username (userID) and the temporary password

-          Click on the link ‘Your Profile”, that is located in the User Menu section (above the Login section)

-          Click on the link ‘Update Your Profile”, that is located at the right side of the profile page

-          Type whatever password you like in Password and Verify Password, but both should be same.

-          Click Update button, and you are done.

 FAQ 3: Do you have video(TV Tuluver) playing issues in your browser? 

      -    There is a known issue with IE browser while playing video content. The recommended browser for this site is FireFox, and please click to download FireFox browser.
