Shrimp fry - 2006/08/03 14:40
This is very simple recipe. 
Prepare the paste first. In a bowl, add rice vinegar(2 tsp), soy sauce(1 tbsp), lemon juice (small half or 2 tsp), salt to taste, red chilly powder (2 tsp), thick curd (1 tbsp), Mayo (1 tbsp) and some grated yellow cheese. Mix everything well.
Dip the shrimp in the above paste and keep it refrigerated for at least 1 hr.
Once shrimp is well coated, take it out and coat it with rice powder and drop slowly on the hot oil pan. Take only little oil for shallow frying. In between keep turning. As soon as shrimp turns brown, take it out and keep on a paper to absorb oil. If you like, throw some seasoning.
